Alexandra Lynn Vickery

As the Founder of Vickery Immigration, Alexandra is dedicated to transforming the promise of equality under the law into a powerful reality for her clients. She helps corporations of all sizes thrive in the global marketplace by streamlining complex immigration processes, enabling businesses to focus on building exceptional teams. She also supports professionals in harnessing their entrepreneurial potential, facilitating their entry, establishment, and growth while ensuring their immigration needs align with their business goals. Additionally, Alexandra represents families and individuals in securing permanent residency, guiding them through the intricacies of the US immigration system so they can build a prosperous future in the United States. This includes helping clients seeking a second chance after facing setbacks or whose immigration journey has been fraught with one obstacle after another.

Alexandra spent many years working at some of the most reputable immigration law firms in the country. Vickery Immigration allows her the freedom to push boundaries, redefine possibilities, and champion transformative change in the immigration landscape. Alexandra refuses to be boxed in and understands there is magic in the process of starting anew. Her clients look to her to solve their most complex immigration concerns, and with genuine care and connection, she aims to ease clients’ burdens, one at a time, every time. She is here to support the young woman with DACA who received misguided advice, the man seeking a second chance after overcoming mental health challenges, and the business navigating the complexities involved in sponsoring an employee whose immigration journey was unconventional.

Alexandra’s diverse upbringing has instilled in her a deep appreciation for the richness of diversity. Her mother, a Black African American from a small town in Louisiana, grew up in a working-class family where both parents held full-time jobs but struggled to make ends meet. In contrast, her father, a White man from a suburb outside of Boston, enjoyed summers at a family cottage in Maine. These vastly different backgrounds have shaped Alexandra’s ability to connect meaningfully with people from all walks of life—an essential trait for an immigration attorney, which has helped her build rapport with clients and earn their trust and confidence over time. A diverse America strengthens communities and drives societal progress, and she is proud to help businesses of all sizes and individuals from all backgrounds navigate the immigration process, ensuring their unique stories and contributions enrich the fabric of our nation.

She blends creativity with strategic communication, recognizing that immigration stories must resonate beyond legal jargon. By painting a vivid picture of the human impact of each case, she ensures her clients’ narratives stand out, allowing immigration officers to make decisions with a clear understanding of the real-life implications and the personal stakes involved.

Understanding the reasoning behind her client’s needs is at the core of her practice. She is committed to demystifying the immigration process, ensuring her clients understand every step of their journey. There is power in knowledge and value in understanding both the strategy and the law that underpin every decision made in a case.
